This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you may find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or sending us an e-mail.

Returns & Refunds

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 7 days of your purchase for items returned in unused condition.


  • Time: You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • All returns must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging with their original tags accompanied by the original sales receipt
  • Maximum mileage of 25 miles on eBike returns, and must include original keys and charger
  • All bicycle returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • No Refunds on Special Order, Non-Stock Items
  • All sales final on discounted items
  • A refund check will be issued for purchases made by check, and cash purchases over $100. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date the item was returned
  • Refund Contact Info: Contact the store at which you purchased the item about a refund. You can find store hours, addresses, email and phone numbers on our Store Locator page.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
